Sleep Tight for Good Sex

Wondering why you haven't been able to get it up lately? Could be work tension but the truth has a lot to do with sleep patterns. Irregular breathing is key to a lot of health related issues including a lowered sex drive. Believe it. Take a nap and see a rise in performance.

Researchers have found that a week of chronic oxygen deprivation for mice accounted to a 55 per cent decline in their daily spontaneous erections! Five weeks of that exposure has shown the average interval between mounting a mate increasing 60 times. Studies for behavioural and physiological effects in mice were conducted and the control mice were kept under identical conditions.

So how does this tie up for the urban male? It's simple really; When one is not feeling well and is exhausted, it has a negative impact on the quality of sex life i.e. chronic oxygen deprivation which can't be good! In five out of those seven mice tested, ejaculation did not occur at all!

However intuitive this might seem, the facts are simple. Find a way to a fitter mind and body even if it involves losing weight!Ultimately, the sleep helps you look and feel better which is a definite help for your romantic and sexual activities (add other kinds of activities here!)

Remember: have cool will travel! Get that shut-eye... and you'll be at it all night.
