Why couples' fight in the bedroom

Hogging the covers is the number one cause of arguments in Britain’s bedrooms, a new study has revealed. The researchers found that one in ten adults would consider leaving their partner because disturbed nights had become such an issue in their relationship. The study found that
snoring was the second most common cause of nighttime squabble, with one in ten couples falling out over it at least twice a week.

Half of the 2,000 adults in a relationship questioned in the survey suffered with a snoring spouse, with 20 percent claiming that they lose two hours of sleep because of it.

More than half said that their husband or boyfriend were to be blamed for snoring.

Bizarrely, one-fifth admitted waking up once a week because of their own heavy breathing.

Other annoying bedroom habits included allowing children to sleep in the marital bed, rolling onto the wrong side of the bed, being touched by freezing cold feet and leaving the lights on to read.

In all, these night-time niggles spark 167 tiffs a year for the average couple.

The survey was commissioned by Premier Inn to tie in with last month’s National Stop Snoring week.

“Our research shows that most of the arguments couples have in the bedroom are down to habits that are easy to resolve as a relationship develops,” the Daily Mail quoted Claire Haigh, Premier Inn spokeswoman, said.

“People suffer from snoring to varying degrees and the research shows it can impact on our day to day lives especially if one person in the relationship is missing out on much needed sleep.

“At Premier Inn we believe everyone deserves a good night’s sleep so we ensure we do all we can to give our guests the best possible night’s sleep,” she added.

Cheating on your partner `can give you heart attack

Infidelity is not just bad for your marriage, but it can also give you a heart attack, Italian researchers have warned.

A review of previous studies on the causes of infidelity and its effects has found that men are risking their cardiac health when they cheat on their wives.

Liaisons away from home and with younger women are particularly dangerous.

These showed ‘sudden coital death’ to be much more common when a man was meeting his mistress than when he was with his wife.

The researchers could not be sure why but put forward a variety of reasons, including a guilty conscience.

The review’s authors, from the University of Florence, began by scouring medical literature for research papers including the words ‘unfaithfulness’, ‘extramarital affairs’, ‘infidelity’ and ‘men’.

The analysis showed that heart attacks, including fatal ones, were relatively rare when a man was having sex with his wife at home. But when he started to play away, the dangers grew.

German studies show that most men who died during sex were having an affair and meeting away from the family home.

Furred-up arteries were blamed for more than a third of the deaths – the physical demands of sex are said to cause the fatty plaque that has built up inside arteries to rupture.

Heart attacks were the next biggest cause of death, the Journal of Sexual Medicine reported.

The stress of wining, dining and satisfying a woman who is likely to be younger than the man’s wife may also be to blame, as can the strain of keeping an affair secret.

“Extra-marital sex may be hazardous and stressful because the lover is often younger than the primary partner and probably sex occurs more often following excessive drinking and/or eating,” the Daily Mail quoted researcher Dr Alessandra Fisher as saying.

“It is possible that a secret sexual encounter in an unfamiliar setting may significantly increase blood pressure and heart rate, leading to increased oxygen demand,” he explained.

Guilt may also play a role with some research suggesting heart problems are more common among cheats who are still attracted to their wife.

unwanted body hair naturally!

If you think the only way to get rid of annoying body hair is to go through the physical pain of waxing or the mental agony of shelling out a bomb on laser therapy, then you probably haven`t yet discovered the virtues of spearmint tea and lemon-honey paste.

The problem of excessive hair growth in women starts around puberty and marks its territory across the face, neck, chest, back, toes and arms. It mostly traumatises the 18-45 age group. Scientifically, the condition is called hirsutism.

“The reason behind excess hair growth is the increased level of male hormones in the blood (androgens). Although all women produce androgens, increased levels could lead to hirsutism. Genes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, ovarian tumors and adrenal disorders are other reasons for excessive growth of hair,” Navin Taneja, director of the National Skin Centre, told IANS.

While shaving, waxing and bleaching are some of the temperory solutions to get rid of unwanted hair, there are some natural remedies – which may not offer permanent solutions – but help reduce hair growth.

“Taking spearmint tea twice a day for five days can reduce levels of male sex hormones. A paste of gram flour, curd and a pinch of turmeric powder can be used on a daily basis. One can use a pumice stone while bathing,” suggests Taneja.

Facial hair is particularly annoying for women. Beauty expert Shahnaaz Hussain has a few suggestions for them.

“Mix 30 gm of sugar with 10 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice in 150 ml of water. Mix well and then apply it on the face in the direction of the hair growth. Leave it for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water, rubbing the facial area gently. Repeat once every week,” the beauty expert says.

“Another remedy that can help in reducing hair growth is to squeeze 10 ml lemon juice into 40 ml honey and prepare a mixture. Take a cotton swab and rub this mixture in the direction of the hair growth. Rinse after 15 minutes. Repeat twice a week for two weeks.”

Ritika Manchanda, an HR professional, swears by the prowress of such home remedies.

“I had a major issue with hair on my upper lip area… it was almost like a light moustache… something I was always very conscious of being a woman. I used to get it waxed, but my skin used to get extremely red and dry and sometimes used to even peel off. But it was a relief after someone suggested home remedies to me.”

“I was also advised to undergo laser treatment, but since it was expensive, I chose to stick to home remedies. And they turned out to be quite effective. Of course, they can be a little messy because it is all do-it-yourself but it was totally worth it!” she added.

Vandana Chatrath, a dermatologist in Delhi, says women need to change their lifestyles to tackle hormonal imbalances.

“It is important to change one`s lifestyle. Imbibing healthy eating habits and regular exercising help tackle the underlying problem of hormonal imbalance,” she said.

“Losing excessive weight also helps. Those suffering from this problem should avoid eating foods that have a high glycemic index and fatty foods,” she added.

Other than natural remedies, there are permanent solutions like laser therapy, says Swati Srivastava, a Mumbai-based dermatologist.

“Modern methods to treat the problem of hirsutism include different types of hair reduction lasers. Laser therapy gives permanent results. Currently, there are three types of laser devices: Diode Hair Reduction, ND-YAG and Intense Pulsed Light System,” she said.

However, they come at a cost. A full body laser treatment costs anywhere from Rs.1.5 lakh to Rs.2 lakh.

Yet, there are many like Shivani Verma who shell out the money to get over with unwanted hair once and for all.

“I had coarse hair growth on my chin, something unusual. Initially I tried some home remedies, they reduced the growth. But later I underwent laser therapy and it has given me a complete makeover. I am more confident now,” said Shivani Verma, an IT professional.

Top 10 reasons behind bedroom wars revealed

Researchers have shed light on a host of annoyances British couples face when they’re between the sheets, with nabbing the duvet emerging as the biggest bone of contention.

According to the survey, an average couple bicker in the bedroom 167 times a year.

Besides yanking the duvet from each other during the night, the second reason for a night-time squabble is the age-old of problem of snoring.

One in ten couples claim to have an argument over the nightly affliction at least twice a week - with over half of respondents blaming men as the worst culprits for snoring.

However 39 per cent said both sexes were as bad as each other, according to the poll by hotel chain Premier Inn to coincide with National Snoring Week.

Other bedroom disputes include whingeing about being too hot, allowing the kids to sleep in the bed and not being ‘in the mood’.

“Our research shows most of the arguments couples have in the bedroom are down to habits that are easy to resolve as a relationship develops,” the Daily Mail quoted Claire Haigh, of Premier Inn, as saying.

“We conducted this research to coincide with National Stop Snoring Week and the findings discovered that a lot of people are seriously affected by snoring and hogging the duvet.

“People suffer from snoring to varying degrees and the research shows how something like snoring can impact on our day to day lives especially if one person in the relationship is missing out on much needed sleep.”

The poll also revealed that the average Brit is disturbed nearly twice a week by their partners snoring, but one night a week they even wake themselves up with their own heavy breathing.

The survey took into consideration 2,000 people all of whom are in a relationship. Of those exactly half said that their other half snored.

Other issues which lead to disagreements in the boudoir include allowing children to sleep in the marital bed and venturing on to the wrong side.

Being touched by freezing cold feet is also likely to cause tension because of the bedroom being too chilly.

The time at which couples go to bed, leaving lights on to read and leaving drinks on the bedside table were also likely to trigger a spat.

Why are women more attracted to 'bad men'

Researchers have claimed that there is science behind cliche that 'women like bad men.'

Scientists have revealed that women find it hard to resist callous, self-obsessed and deceitful men.

During a discussion on America's NPR, human rights lawyer Arsalan Iftikhar expressed his surprise that singer Rihanna still reportedly liked Chris Brown, who he said 'didn't only hit Rihanna, he made her look like Buster Douglas'.

National Review writer Kevin D Williamson however, pointed out, that she might not be able to help it because it's in her genes to like men like Chris Brown.

Writing in a blog following the show this week he cited several pieces of research that back up his view, including the much quoted 'Dark Triad' work of Professor Peter Jonason.

This combines the self-obsession of narcissism, the impulsive, thrill-seeking and callous behaviour of the psychopath and the deceitful and exploitative nature of Machiavellianism.

However unattractive the combination might appear, women often equate it with masculinity and the ability to father healthy children.

As a result, those looking for the thrill of an affair, or hoping to become pregnant, are very often drawn to 'bad boys'.

The men, in return, raise their chances of passing their genes on to the next generation.

Scientist Jonason said James Bond is the perfect example of a ladykiller with a rather questionable personality.

"He's clearly disagreeable, very extroverted and likes trying new things - killing people, new women," the Daily Mail quoted the researcher as telling the New Scientist.

Jonason, of New Mexico State University in the U.S., subjected 200 college students to personality tests designed to rank them for each of their dark triad traits.

The subjects were also quizzed about their attitudes to sexual relationships and about their sex lives, including how many partners they had and whether they sought out flings.

The results revealed that men who scored higher on the trio of traits tended to have more partners and more interest in short-term relationships.

A second U.S. study of 35,000 people in 57 countries also found a clear link between the dark triad traits in men and success with women.

"It's universal across cultures for high dark triad scorers to be more active in short-term mating. They are more likely to try and poach other people's partners for a brief affair," researcher Professor David Schmitt, of Bradley University in Illinois, said.

The researchers also claimed that at their most extreme, the traits would be highly unattractive, leading to men being shut off from society.

But one possibility is that the strategy is most successful when dark triad personalities are rare.

Otherwise others would become more wary and guarded and the strategy would backfire.

Dr Gayle Brewer, an evolutionary psychologist at the University of Central Lancashire, said that while women tend to like cads for flings, they usually settle down with more caring types.

Want a stress-free life? Don't skip breakfast

People skipping breakfast had better mend their ways, as a new study shows how the morning meal reduces stress and improves mental and physical performance throughout the day. Volunteers who ate after waking up benefited from an 89 percent reduction in anxiety when faced with a
challenging situation, the Daily Mail reported.

They were typically able to deal with the dilemma seven percent quicker than on days when they went without it, the mental and physical tests have revealed.

Participants in the study performed a series of tests on two days -- one when they had their breakfast and one when they hadn't.

According to The Cognitive Effects of Breakfast study, in total 61 percent showed an improvement in English and arithmetic tests after eating.

Hand-eye coordination also improved significantly, with the number of mistakes made by participants falling by 75 percent, the poll and research by baker Warburtons found.

Conversely, some participants found they were unable to concentrate long enough to complete the series of 25 tests properly if they had not eaten.

In Britain, 48 percent of adults admit to skipping breakfast at least once during the working week, the poll of 2,000 people found.

It leaves over half of them feeling "stressed", "lethargic", "unproductive" and "grumpy". Those aged 25 to 34 are particularly affected if they do not eat, the research showed.

The research was conducted at the Mindlab laboratory based at the Sussex Innovation Centre, Brighton city.

How to Get Your Girlfriend Back

You've been regretting it since the day you let her go. And you can't sleep another day without doing something about it. If you really love her, do not give up. Get on your feet and win your girlfriend back.

To start you off the right track, here are some points and tips to keep in mind.

Give her space after the break-up. The harder you push, the more she might pull away. If she says she needs some time, respect her decision. Do not call her every minute of the day. Last thing you want is to annoy her with your over-persistence, and worse, drive her into a habit of hiding from you.

Do not beg or plead. This tends to scream desperation. Even if you are actually desperate to win her back, do not turn clingy.

You can court her all over again with flowers, chocolates and letters. But while the gifts are bound to draw a smile, winning her back will require a more personal and sincere gesture.

Show her that you are worthy of a second chance. Use the time you have spent apart since the break-up to reflect.

Think back on the qualities that attracted her to you in the first place. Play up your strengths. Become the man she first fell for.

Figure out what exactly went wrong with your relationship. Replay in your head the conversations, and even fights, you had.

From there, you'll know what needs to be fixed. If it was something you did, ask yourself why you did it in the first place. This way, you are clear on which issues you need to come to terms with. If it was a problem with your behavior, then work on your weak spots.

After you have made the necessary "fixes", arrange to meet or talk with her. You can check with her friends if they think she's ready to hear you out. Be patient.

When she does agree to a conversation, humbly apologize for your wrongdoings and take responsibility for your actions. "Sorry" goes a long way.

But do not stop at an apology. Convince her that your relationship deserves a do-over. Assure her that you will be a much better partner this time around. Pour your heart out.

Do not, however, force the reconciliation. Show her how much you want to be with her. Let everything else fall into place.

Also, do not pressure her into deciding on your future right away. Let her know of your intentions and your feelings, but assure her that you will completely respect her choice.

Remember that there’s no need to focus all your energies on this quest. Have some time to yourself as well. Do what makes you feel good, may it be a new diet, a new hobby or a new look. Who knows, this might even win you extra points with her.

The effective "rules of engagement" will vary with each guy and each relationship. Use the tips listed above as a guide to plotting your plan of action. Just remember that sincerity and determination are key. And of course, being mature, responsible, respectful and thoughtful always comes handy. Good luck!

Marriage can cure heart problems?

Married adults are more than three times more likely to survive the critical first three months after heart surgery than their single counterparts, according to a US study released Wednesday. "That's a dramatic difference in survival rates for single people, during the most critical
post-operative recovery period," said sociologist Ellen Idler, lead author of the study in the Journal of Health and Social Behavior.

"We found that marriage boosted survival whether the patient was a man or a woman," said Idler, from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in a statement issued by the American Sociological Association.

The idea that married people live longer than singles has been documented as far back as the mid-19th century in France, but Idler's team opted to focus on a major health crisis.

Its research included both data from the Centers for Disease Control's national death index and interviews with more than 500 patients who had undergone heart bypass surgery.

Married patients had "a more positive outlook" going into the operating room, noted Idler, whose study appears in this month's Journal of Health and Social Behavior.

"When asked whether they would be able to manage the pain and discomfort, or their worries about the surgery, those who had spouses were more likely to say, yes," she said.

How To Solve Fights Between Two Kids?

Parents having two kids have to give equal attention and love to both the kids. But when kids resort to fighting then the situation becomes a little difficult. Teenagers are usually have very hot blood. Teenage problems can get complicated, especially with siblings. Where parents must intervene and help them resolve their issues. Some of the parenting tips to solve these kids fights are given below.

1. Do not get unnecessarily involved- Parents, to deal with sibling issues must take care not to interfere unless it is extremely important. Parents involvement in the fight can make it more ugly. They should stay away till it is really needed and they might have to take sides which leads to hard feelings. They should let their kids solve their own issues or just prompt them to come to a mutual agreement.

2. Inculcate good values- Fighting between kids can occur out of petty issues. Try inculcating good values and make them understand the oneness between siblings. Let them understand the worth of being born from same parents and the bond of togetherness. By teaching them etiquette and manners to behave in the very beginning will help them become mature individuals and reduce fights.

3. Avoid giving importance to fights- When parents have two kids then they need to be the 'bond' between the two. When the kids are fighting parents must give no importance to them. Parenting tips involve not to show leniency to any of the two children and they must avoid putting their point of view because that causes more problems.

4. Teenage ego clashes- Teenagers have ego problems. Where parents need to know how to deal with it . Several teenagers get very aggressive and loose their temper very quickly so parents need to know to calm The best way is to know both the sides of the story and then advice them in a very naive way. Teenagers needs to be dealt with a lot of care and affection to avoid issues and make peace within the family.

5. The best way to avoid sibling issues is to keep them busy- Fighting between kids can be avoided by keeping them busy. So try engaging them with activities and mainly let both of them decide things they want to do to kill extra time. These will keep them be occupied. Parents having two kids can divide some household work between them so that they do not interfere in each others matters.

6. Avoid situations causing fights- Fighting between kids can occur in certain situations; anticipate those situations and try avoiding them. For example you prepare one dish which one kid likes and ignore the other kid's preference then it might create a fight. So prepare both their favorites on consecutive days to avoid fights between the two. Kids fighting can be avoided if parents know the reasons and the situations where kids can engage in a fight. So try staying clear of situations which can cause cold vibes and prevent bitter feelings.

These ways can be used to avoid teenage problems

why some women prefer older men

A scientist in New Zealand has turned to zebrafish in an effort to find out why some females are attracted to older males, and is spending thousands of dollars on the study

According to Stuff.co.nz, research fellow Dr Sheri Johnson at Otago University, New Zealand, is putting a 345,000-dollar grant towards finding out, using of 700 zebrafish, the Daily Mail reported.

For years many people have argued a female tendency to be attracted to older males, goes against evolution as older men have a decline in sperm function and the chance of a birth defect also increases with age.

Zebrafish have been selected because they fertilise their eggs externally, making the process easier to mimic, according to the scientist.

Aside from ethical issues, Dr Johnson said trying to run the study in humans and controlling all of the variables would be too difficult.

She cites one human study, which was a cross-cultural comparison done in the 1980 and the results, indicated that women's preference for older men was related to their tendency to have accumulated more attractive resources called 'resource acquisition.'

Dr Johnson said that seems a relatively obvious attraction and even makes evolutionary sense in terms of safety and protection.

"But if a woman was coming to the end of her fertility window and she wanted to get pregnant and needed a sperm donor, she would definitely choose a young male over an older one, right?" she told the news website.

She noted studies show a marked differences in semen volume, sperm motility and morphology in men in their thirties and fifties, which means they should be less attractive to women looking to have a child.

Increasing male age has also been linked to a number of medical complications, such as miscarriage and higher rates of autism and Down's Syndrome, said Dr Johnson.

But the number of men between 35 and 49 years old fathering children had increased in the past few decades, according to Stuff.co.nz.

John Peek, group manager of Fertility Associates, said a man's age did increase the chance of a cell disorder, but not as much as a woman's age.

"Jumping 30 years in the male's age - from 20 to 50 - might be the equivalent of jumping two or three years in a woman in her late 30s," he said.

Peek said Dr Johnson's study could be very useful as current knowledge was based on indirect evidence and small samples sizes.

"There's going to be a bit of a difference between tiny little fish and people but it's a lot clearer if you know what the basics are and you can say 'OK, what might be different between zebrafish and humans?' rather than saying we don't actually know the fundamentals at all," he added.

Read this before flirting

A philosophy professor from Pennsylvania has offered some ethical and practical advice on flirting to those of the faint of heart.

"Flirting is an art form. The accomplished flirt knows when to be subtle and when to be blunt," said Gettysburg College philosophy professor Steve Gimbel "But the game can be dangerous, especially if you are involved with someone. Does your lover have a right to be pissed at you for flirting? Like so much in ethics, the answer is it depends," he explained.

Gimbel defined flirting as the first steps of courtship without the intent of it going beyond that point. It is good-natured play. He equates flirting to romance as sparring is to boxing. And he adds that neither person will get hurt because both parties know that it is going nowhere.

"Flirting is different from engaged, friendly conversation. It is also different from hitting on or teasing someone. There's an edge to flirting because both of you know it isn't real. Flirting is for playing around, hitting on is for players," Gimbel said.

But is there anything morally wrong with flirting? Gimbel explained that on the face of it, there is nothing intrinsically wrong with being a flirt. Exclusive relationships require fidelity and that means not sharing one's most intimate side with anyone else, either physically or emotionally, Gimbel said.

"Flirts, like married actors who perform love scenes, are playing a part, only this one is not pre-scripted. The depth of true romantic involvement is something completely different from the shallowness of flirting," Gimbel stated. "A flirt is perfectly capable of enjoying a fulfilling and exclusive relationship. Of course, that requires a certain sort of partner," he asserted.

Gimbel explained that generally partners in a relationship come in two flavors: confident and secure or insecure and seeking approval. "Being with a flirt is a constant reminder that the person attracted to you is found attractive by those around you, and some people are comfortable with that but most people are not," Gimbel said.

That's because flirting for the most part, according to Gimbel, is indistinguishable from hitting on someone. If your partner has any worries about your faithfulness - reasonable or not - watching you flirt will be painful. Sexually charged attention directed at someone other than your partner can send an unintended message, Gimbel said.

"Part of being in an inter-personal relationship is to be concerned about your partner's feelings and flirting may have unintended consequences that you need to be aware of," Gimbel said. Sleeping around on your lover is ethically and morally wrong, according to Gimbel. For others though, it isn't the act but the consequences of the act that make the moral difference. It is the real world consequences that determine what your lover is feeling. As Gimbel said, there is nothing wrong with the act of flirting but context matters.

"Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. said that the right to swing your fist ends where your neighbour's nose begins. You have every right to swing your fist or flirt with whomever you like, as long as you are acutely aware of where your neighbour's nose and your lover's feelings begin," he added.

Men 'more grumpy than women

Men are grumpier than women, especially when it comes to getting their picture taken, a new study has found.

The study of more than 1,000 photographs in student yearbooks found that females far more likely to smile for the camera than males.

Psychologist Dr Nicolas Gueguen, who led the research, believes teenage girls associate smiling with attractiveness from role models such as actresses, female pop stars and models.

But boys, whose role models include rock bands and sport stars, tend to be sulkier and moodier.

"Women were more likely than men to smile expansively when photographed," the Daily Express quoted Dr Gueguen as saying.

The study was published in Research Journal of International Studies

Women's body language decoded

Writers have come up with an easy to use tool guide to help decode the underlying meaning of women's body language and behaviour.

Mal Croft and Matt Windsor with their The Secret Body Language of Girls claim to decipher the visual signifiers of female interaction.

The guide, priced at 6.99 pounds, offers a tongue-in-cheek interpretation of what signals women might be sending, even without their own knowledge, reports The Sun.

For example, a woman biting her lip during a conversation could be sign ''Whoopsy daisies'' or ''I shouldn't have said that'' while a girl sticking her hand to her ears pretending it was a phone could point towards the cries of ''call me''.

Also, the lifting of the forefinger to the lips or 'The Shush' sign could mean she wants silence and has lost interest in the conversation.

5 things that make you attractive enough to have sex

Those of you who haven't got laid ever or for quite some time, need not fret. Turns out there is a lot that that can be done to increase their chances out there.

A US website cracked.com has suggested certain subtle and random things that would get people to consider knowing the opposite sex in the biblical way. The tilt of your head is a strong determinant of how attractive people think you are.

Researchers at the University of Newcastle revealed that if a woman has her head tilted back, she is regarded as less feminine and less attractive but with chin down, suddenly she is more feminine to volunteers, and also hotter. But the same neck strain for men had the reverse effect: They looked less masculine with their head tilted forward and, as you might expect, were constantly rated as less attractive.

The next factor is 'how much you (don't) smile. Many of you out there may be in the habit of practicing your smile in the mirror because you think it will somehow make you acceptable to the opposite sex. You smile in pictures, you smile when you meet somebody -- it's how you put your best face forward.

Well, if you're a male who's really into smiling, stop it right now -- she prefers that you never smile again. As for the ladies, let's see those pearly whites. Researchers of University of Geneva have insisted that a long ring finger determines facial attraction. It has been earlier mentioned how the length of your ring finger is an indication of how much testosterone you were exposed to in the womb.

The longer the ring finger, the more testosterone, thus even if the finger is not visible, women think guys with long ring fingers have more attractive faces. Who walks up to whom in a bar or club could be the deciding factor in getting those phone digits. It turns out the best chance you have of getting that special someone interested in you may be if you can somehow get them to be the one to approach you.

Another remarkable reality is that usually women find men with facial scars extremely attractive. A man with facial scars is believed to be a survivor of difficult fights, possibly with a saber tooth tiger. This in turn implies that his children would be more likely to survive if they ever had a run-in with some large, deadly animal

How to Give Heavenly Kisses?

Everything starts with a kiss, and if kissing isn`t good, also ends very quickly. Here`s our advice on how to kiss and how to improve your kissing.

Kissing in a frame

Kissing doesn’t mean pressing your lips against someone else’s and exchanging saliva. Kissing is sexual intercourse, only with different body parts. It’s better than sex and more intimate. That’s why you have to put it in a frame. The frame of a kiss is formed by your hands. They always make the first contact, followed by your lips. Your hands make a woman realise that she’s allowed to enter your personal space and that she can feel safe and desired in it. Even if she’s a fearless woman, she still likes to feel safe and wanted.

Also, try to stand straight and don’t lean forwards too much. Maintain a good posture, a firm and aristocratic pose. This is the only way to show her that you’re self-confident and that you can also deliver what the kiss promises. Your body also forms the frame of a kiss. Try to imagine how you would look like in a picture taken at the moment of your kiss if someone photographed you. Do you want to look like a starving vampire, a boy with low self-esteem, a drooling horny guy, or a gentleman in a suit that sweeps a young lady off her feet with just one kiss? The choice is yours, but remember, perfection is only possible in a frame.
Teach her how to kiss

Women have been brought up in the spirit of expressing tenderness from early childhood. They often believe that they’re born and raised as the masters of kissing because that’s a sensual and tender thing, while men are just barbarians. However, women don’t always kiss that well. Since it’s difficult to tell her what bothers you and why she’s a bad kisser, you can correct her without even letting her know what she has changed and when.

There are two basic options. You can start kissing her the same way she kisses you. If she bites you, start biting her back, a bit harder than she does. If she’s too fast, start your turbo tongue. She’ll realise what you’re doing and will (perhaps) be angry, but sooner or later she’ll realize that what she`s doing is no fun. You can also ask your partner to kiss you as she feels you’re kissing her and vice versa. You can show her with a kiss what she needs to do and she’ll immediately be surprised about her lack of knowledge. Naturally, you’ll also have the chance to see your mistakes, which can only be a good thing. Experiencing a real, passionate, breath-taking kiss is worth learning.

What you feel in your mouth, you’ll get in bed

Kissing tells you everything you need to know about a person if you have sex with him or her. You only have to listen to the person`s body. If you want to make changes to your sex life, you have to start with a kiss.

The first rule – Don’t be in a hurry

The first rule doesn’t mean that quick sex and a quick kiss are impossible. The fundamental aim of sex or kissing is pleasure and stimulation of your nerve endings that soon become overburdened. This means that every pleasure turns into pain sooner or later. You therefore don’t have to rush things. You don’t achieve pleasure if you imagine it somewhere in the future and you rush to achieve an orgasm. It’s much better to enjoy every step that leads to your goal. You can feel the warmth of your partner`s skin, their lips and their mouth, their texture, you can play with his or her tongue and you can try to enjoy as many sensual feelings as possible. If you’re in a hurry, that’s simply impossible.

The second rule – Finding the balance between too much and too little

The right way is in between. That doesn’t mean everything has to be average. It can be extreme, but just to the right extent. You have to understand how your body functions. Let`s take a bite during kissing. It’s great to bite someone, and people like to bite each other, but it’s another story to be bitten. First, you have to take your partner’s pain threshold into account. Women can be bitten harder because they have a higher pain threshold. Second, it’s very important to know how people react to pain. Pain causes two basic reactions - fear and anger. So, if you bite her, look for an emotion in her eyes and use it. Anger can be changed into a wild continuation, rough sex and a struggle between the sheets. Fear can be changed into a gentle continuation, long-lasting, easy, comfortable sex. If she’s frightened, she’ll surrender to you and trust you even more. Too much fear or anger, of course, ruins the whole experience.

World’s third smallest surviving baby heads home

The world’s third smallest surviving baby could fit in the palm of her dad’s hand and weighed just 9.5oz when she was born on August 30 last year.

Just 10 per cent of babies born weighing less than 1lb (16oz) survive.

But Melinda Guido defied all odds and now doctors say they are “optimistic” about her long-term survival, as she is ready to be taken home by her parents, Haydee Ibarra and her partner, Chef Yovani Guido.

Melinda was delivered by emergency Caesarean section after her mother developed dangerously high blood pressure.

She was 15 weeks premature and soon after her birth, was whisked to a neonatal intensive care unit before her parents could even cuddle her.

Tubes and wires swamped her fragile body, feeding her and pumping air into her tiny lungs.

In November, Melinda was treated for an eye disorder, common in premature babies, and underwent surgery to close an artery.

It was only then that her parents could hold her for the first time.

But after that, Melinda grew stronger each day, astonishing everyone with her fighting spirit.

“All the nurses said she was really feisty,” the Daily Star quoted Ibarra as saying.

Now, at nearly five months old, doctors at the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center have declared her healthy enough to be discharged.

She now weighs 4lb 8oz and only breathes through an oxygen tube as a precaution. Her brain scan was normal and her eyes are developing well.

The baby also passed a hearing test and a car seat test that is required for premature babies before being discharged.

“I am cautiously optimistic Melinda will do well,” said Dr Rangasamy Ramanathan.

The hospital will monitor the baby for the next six years.

Extremely premature babies, known as ‘micro preemies’, need constant care at home. Their lungs are not fully developed and there is a high risk of infection.

The smallest surviving baby, Rumaisa Rahman of Illinois, was born weighing 9.2oz (260g) and is now a healthy seven-year-old.

Questions parents fear being asked by kids

“Why is the moon is out during the day” and “Why is the sky blue” are questions that parents most fear from their children, according to a new survey.

Researchers found that two thirds of parents are often stumped for an answer by their children’s questions, particularly on mathematics and
science.

parentAside from those on the moon and sky, they found the most perplexing demands also included how aeroplanes stay airborne, what makes a rainbow and why there are different time zones.

The natural world featured in a list compiled by the researchers with questions on the apparent disappearance of birds and bees in winter.

However, there were more esoteric queries, including whether aliens will ever be found, how much the Earth weighs and why water is wet, the Telegraph reported.

A quarter of mothers and fathers admitted to feeling frustrated and embarrassed by their intellectual shortcomings, the survey found.

The nationwide study was commissioned for The Big Bang UK Young Scientists and Engineers Fair, which describes itself as the UK’s largest such event for young people.

Around 2,000 parents took part and one in three said they were asked scientific or mathematic questions by their children on a daily basis.

Half of parents said they were worried about answering their children’s queries on those subjects.

One in three admitted to furtive researching to save face before answering their child.

A fifth of people said they either invented an answer or claimed no one knew the truth and 16 percent of respondents simply passed the query to the other parent.
